Our Story

Olive oil from a land

with deep roots through the centuries

For many generations, our family has cultivated olive trees and produced olive oil in the very same place where our Minoan ancestors, using techniques not so different from those of today, produced the precious juice that helped the economy of ancient Crete flourish.

For us, olive oil is not simply a product, it is a point of reference that defines our identity, present in every aspect of our daily life, important and precious, as it has literally been for thousands of years. It was therefore only natural for us to create this company.

Olive oil is what we know how to do best. It is our past, our present and, without a doubt, our future.
